Media Supervisor, Influencer Marketing

The Media Supervisor on the Nissan team is able to learn quickly, perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner, and have great presentation and people skills. You are a vital part of a team that works together to seamlessly deliver innovative, creative and data driven marketing plans for Nissan.
What You’ll Do:
The primary role of the Media Supervisor will be to work with the Associate Planner to plan and execute successful influencer integrations within campaigns, including Tik Tok, leveraging data and best practices to continuously optimize and innovate the program.
Audience & Analytics:
- Work alongside the Data Science & Audience Insights team to build an understanding of Nissan’s target audiences, applying audience data to identify effective brand influencers.
- Understand influencer measurements and strategize ways to optimize performance.
- Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Strategy:
- Work alongside the Nissan internal team and agency teams to support and manage each campaign’s influencer strategy.
Influencer marketing:
- Work with the agency teams and client to define the right approach and implement influencer strategy to meet the set objectives.
- Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.
- Interface with legal to ensure compliance on all contracts as well as manage usage rights for content.
Project management skills:
- Effectively manage campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time, to a high standard.
- Communicate with influencers to manage contract fulfillment and creative executions.
- Manage relationships with clients, interfacing with the respective program contacts to communicate strategies and execution updates.
- Support the Operations team in budget management, ensuring timely payments to talent and reporting.
Requirements:
- Five or more years media planning/influencer planning experience at a full-service agency
- Proven work experience within social media influencers
- Expertise in managing multiple influencers and campaigns
- Ability to build and maintain relationships easily
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
- Expertise with social listening and community management tools
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytics skills
- Established network within talent agencies is a plus (but not required)
