Director of Growth Marketing

Love Sweat Fitness is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our community first marketing plan; including acquisition, retention and subscriptions through a dynamic growth strategy. You will create and execute the strategic plan and manage operations to deliver revenue and increase customer acquisition and retention. The perfect candidate will be a highly data-driven marketer with strategic and tactical expertise across e-commerce and performance marketing channels. You should be experienced in optimizing all digital marketing channels (Email, SMS, SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates/Influencer) and consistently evaluating channel growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire and retain audiences/customers for Love Sweat Fitness products including; LSF Nutrition supplements, LSF Workout App, Nutrition eBooks and workout products
- Lead development of plans and execution for Email/SMS, Paid Social/Search, E-commerce and SEO
- Identify sources of growth, profitability and efficiency in current or new areas through strategic thinking and creative analytics
- Development of product story-telling and engaging customer journey funnels across digital platforms
- Build testing framework using A/B testing to scale high impact initiatives and deliver maximum return against defined objectives and budgets
- Together with Sr. Brand Manager, plan website strategy, promotional calendar, content generation, new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Manage e-commerce website merchandising; test and execute high performing growth strategies
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to operate with a highly integrated and omnichannel approach
- Lead and manage website strategy development and day to day execution
- Lead 3rd party retail platforms including; Amazon, Google, Facebook and Instagram
- Actively build strategy and plans to drive digital subscription growth and retention
- Provide strategic oversight to Email/SMS and Paid Media agency partners
- Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and partnerships
- Lead CX Specialist to deliver a best in class customer experience
- Manage KPIs; CR, AOV, CAC, LTV, return customer rate, revenue and profit

Direct Reports: Agency partners + Influencer Marketing Specialist & CX Specialist
Location: Southern California preferred, Remote for the right candidate
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience managing strategy and execution for DTC e-commerce brand, preferably at a CPG, health, lifestyle or beauty company
- Highly analytical, with an understanding of marketing KPIs, full funnel digital marketing tactics, attribution and optimization levers
- Experience telling product stories online for a lifestyle-led brand
- An obsession with user experience, content and interaction
- Demonstrated ability to lead agency and freelance partners to accomplish company objectives
- Experience managing and growing digital subscription programs
- Tech Stack: Shopify, Klaviyo, Emotive/Attentive
