Job Description:

  • Handle the day-to-day oversight of Camping World’s Influencer Relations program, preparing and deploying high level strategies for engaging with content creators
  • Manage the negotiation and execution of influencer marketing deals, both directly with influencers and via talent agents and managers
  • Lead a team of influencer/affiliate marketers to develop strategic influencer plans and content to meet business goals
  • Coordinate with social media team, both organic and paid, to ensure alignment for engagement and posting strategies
  • Oversee all affiliate programs for Camping World and Good Sam, and understands how to leverage affiliate ecosystem to drive business results
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop creative storylines and coordinate commercial shoots featuring our influencer partners
  • Represent Camping World on talent photo/video shoots and events where applicable
  • Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights and future strategy recommendations with the broader team on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • 4-6 years of direct social media, influencer marketing, or PR experience for a brand/agency
  • A strong background in influencer marketing with an understanding of contracting, affiliate marketing, and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills - must be able to take raw data and turn it into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
  • Familiarity with Rakuten is a plus
