About The Team

ByteDance is hiring a Music Marketing Coordinator who will support the promotion of SoundOn artist campaigns both on and off TikTok. This is a creative and cross-functional role that will work with the Music Marketing Manger, as well as the Promotions and Artist Partnerships teams, to execute innovative music marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

    - Work directly with Music Marketing Manager to ensure successful execution of artist marketing and music promotion campaigns across traditional, influencer and social media/digital marketing verticals
    - Communicate and work collaboratively across departments including Artist Partnerships, Editorial, Promotions, Product Development and Finance
    - Collect and distribute marketing assets to key partners in a regular and timely manner, keeping all team members up to date on artist campaigns at all times
    - Analyze key campaign statistics and data points into reporting on a weekly basis in order to measure campaign success and uncover new marketing opportunities
    - Manage invoices and budget communication, as well as vendor communication

Qualifications

    - 3 years of music industry experience with an emphasis on artist marketing in a record label setting
    - Foundational understanding of the music industry and how key promotional verticals work together to form a holistic marketing campaign
    - Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
    - Experience using data to form insights and tell stories that uncover new marketing opportunities or inform new strategies
    - Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, with an aptitude for being concise and clear
    - Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
