Rare.us is searching for a content creator who has at least two years of experience scaling views, engagement and audiences across most major social channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc. with a core understanding of each platform's analytics. The candidate would know these platforms inside and out and understand the differences in how to optimize video content for each.

You are eager to run experiments and are not afraid to take risks. You are a hybrid of creative and technical abilities. You are an out of the box thinker when problem solving but always bring a data oriented approach when presented with challenges.

You are a self starter with proficiency in graphic design and video editing. You can easily create video thumbnails or edit a video down for social media distribution.

If you want to take on a no-drama, high-paced, growth environment where experimentation is king and making mistakes is OK as long as you learn from them, this is the place for you.

Specifics for the Role:

Research:

Regularly auditing major players in the industry for notable, well-performing content ideas and strategies.

Platform Optimization:

Optimizing bios + titles to maintain a competitive seo strategy

Content Strategy, Creation and Scheduling:

  • Ideation, styling, planning, and scheduling of “x” of posts per week for channel traction and growth
  • Create stories that align with each in feed post
  • Create reels - this would include visuals, caption/copywriting and hashtag strategies
  • Design in feed posts
  • Copywriting
  • Graphic Design
  • Content Photography
  • IG reels filming
  • YT shorts
  • Filming and Editing video first series
  • Could include concepting, writing, shooting, editing, music selection, caption copywriting and manual posting of reels

On Going Social Engagement:

  • Pursue new and existing clientele through strategic and targeted engagement.
  • Active social networking on behalf of brand, engaging with followers, influencers and members of the brand's "tribe" authentically participating in relevant conversations
  • Initiation, organization and execution of contents or giveaways and influencer/ local business collaborations on an agreed basis.
