Compensation: $31,360 to $41,600 Annually

Heather Blankenship is a micro-influencer, real estate investor, entrepreneur. She has over 200K combined followers and her content consists of real estate investing, business and entrepreneurship, and women empowerment.

We are seeking a ROCKSTAR Social Media Assistant! This position will be responsible for engagement, management, and some strategy! Our ideal candidate is passionate about real estate and social media trends, and is well versed in all social media platforms. We would also like someone to assist with some personal tasks here and there related to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Planning

  • Schedule social posts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Write captions and do hashtag discovery to maximize posts

Growth and Engagement

  • Respond to comments, questions, and any inquiries
  • Analyze data/metrics and report statistics to understand social media growth

Content Strategy

  • Come up with video ideas/prompts for Heather
  • Timestamp videos to be repurposed
  • Identify social media trends that Heather could do

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of digital marketing, mostly focused on social media
  • Knowledgeable in Real Estate Investing
  • Mastery in and passion for all social media channels
  • Proven experience leading the ideation and implementation of digital/social media campaigns for an influencer/brand
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable social media plans
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
