Compensation: $130,000 to $200,000 Annually

Note: Ability to travel within 50-mile proximity to New York or Boston [Expected travel ~10 to 15%]

Summary:

As a part of the digital transformation team, you will engage technically with clients to bridge the benefits of migrating to the cloud. The core responsibilities will be walking clients from beginning to end in their journey of migrating to the AWS cloud.

You will utilize your experience of ideally 10+ years or more of working as a software engineer, data engineer, or/and cloud engineer amongst other likely titles to align one's background to be the influencer to work with customers and stakeholders. In the role, you will define the strategy, capture and track the milestones as well as identify how to execute the complex nature of the customers' technical and organizational change. Beyond balancing the above, you'll assess risks, anticipate the future state and provide resolutions while delivering communication to all levels to meet expected results. You will be able to interpret and speak technically, to the operations and organization as well as educate.

This role is all-encompassing the journey of one's career beyond 10+ years.

Ideal Profile:

  1. Ability to explain and describe the successes in the completion of multiple end-to-end transformations
  2. Background of working as a consultant for 7 plus years or more in a technical environment
  3. Background in the following verticals with 5 years or more:
  4. Healthcare/Life Science
  5. Manufacturing
  6. Financial Services
  7. Ability to explain, define and interpret thought leadership, technical/operational/organizational benefits to the customer
  8. Ability to explain from previous projects establishing a business case to c-suite executives and what the outcome resulted to

How you'll stand out:

  1. 5+ years of experience in the listed verticals above
  2. Expert knowledge of situational scenarios on what you did to implement cloud services, including the migration and modernization
  3. Expert knowledge of AWS services
  4. A master of collaborating and delivering customer requirements.
  5. Certifications in PMP, Scrum, or Agile experience
