Fully remote, Part-time 20-30 hours/week.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate must have a dedicated work ethic, canny ability to hit deadlines, experience collaborating with high-profile personalities, solid background in audio production, ability to work independently, and strong social media knowledge
  • Video editing ability and working knowledge of YouTube & YouTube SEO are key
  • Experience with YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with podcast/radio/audio production
  • Ideal skills should include Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition and After Effects
  • Working knowledge of YouTube, video publishing and channel curation a must
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and all social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Riverside.fm
  • Ability to function independently on a team that has mastered working from home
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle stress, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, vet and schedule podcast guests
  • Record, edit and publish content for audio/video/social media
  • Generate original ideas and share with hosts and senior leaders on the podcast team
  • Craft content for YouTube (long-form and YouTube Shorts) and help maintain channel contributions
  • Repurpose podcast video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Create and produce promos for multiple podcast episodes
  • Coordinate social media postings and upload audio/video
