MikeWorldWide (MWW) is looking for a Senior Account Executive (Social/Influencer) to join our global Digital Practice and execute influencer and social media marketing programs across a range of Brand (Consumer) clients. As a Senior Account Executive, this role will oversee developing insights-based strategies for our clients while also running day-to-day account activities to ensure our digital and influencer programs are integrated with all teams and executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate is passionate about and immersed in the full digital landscape, knows how to develop influencer engagement programs that create impact, and can manage multiple client accounts at a
given time. Location: Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
- Ideation, brainstorming and vetting of influencers for client campaigns based on key objectives
- Execute multiple facets of client programs including social strategy development, paid media strategy development, content development, influencer programming, campaign execution, and analytics and reporting to help clients meet their business objectives
- Develop offers and negotiate deals with influencers and their agents
- Manage content review process (both with influencers and with client)
- Deliver client-ready materials including plans, memos, proposal decks and timelines as primary point of contact in client-facing role
- Create and manage on-brand influencer campaigns and coordinate with clients and teams
- Counsel clients and troubleshoot client and internal issues
- Analyze key metrics and propose strategies and optimizations as needed to maximize program KPIs across all relevant platforms
- Draft social copy for brands or review copy by teammates, offering feedback to help them improve
- Research and understand relevant industry experts, influencers, competitors, target audience and users as it relates to each client to inform strategy
- Oversee activity reports and account management needs for clients
- Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging platforms
- Work alongside leaders of the Digital Practice and teams across the agency to help enhance social offerings to ensure agency is evolving and staying ahead of the curve
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience that includes social media marketing, influencer marketing, content strategy and development, and paid social media management
- Working knowledge of the influencer landscape across all social media platforms with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
- Prior experience with social media listening, publishing, measurement, and paid media ad platforms; this includes tools such as Sprinklr, Netbase, Shareablee, native social channel insight tools and others
- Experience with influencer platforms and tools such as Tagger or CreatorIQ
- Understanding of contract management including key deal terms and redlining
- Knowledge and experience executing social media paid media advertising on relevant platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Strong reporting skills and the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
- Ability to “get smart quickly”- understand and learn different business sectors swiftly
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; proofreading and editing ability
- Demonstrated strong worth ethic, time management skills, and ability to prioritize focus and multitask
