ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We recently launched a digital commerce platform, an end-to-end solution that connects influencers & creators with a simple way to sell affordable & stylish fashion products direct from the factory to their audience.

We are looking for a seasoned expert in Social Commerce & Influencer-Marketing to help build a community of fashion shop owners and provide them with on-going support to grow their business & following through social/live selling.

Influencer/Community Management

  • Serving as the point of contact for all shop owners, you will be leading the design and execution of all community-related virtual events/programs to engage, unit and build a long-lasting relationship with each of them.
  • Leveraging your social-commerce expertise, you will help each shop owner to develop personalized strategies to drive conversion.
  • Partner with the social-media team to maintain our product/video library and keep our shop owners up to date with new arrivals/trendy items, as well as any policy changes.
  • Effectively help shop owners to troubleshoot issues, on a regular basis, and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Organize regular touch-base with shop owners to review sales results and discuss strategies forward.

Social Media Content Creation

  • Partner with the social-media team to manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimizing content across all platforms including Facebook, IG, TikTok, etc.
  • Research social trends and identify untapped opportunities for Wahool to grow a social-media audience and attract more potential shop owners to join us.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of social media and influencer-community management experience.
  • Proven track record in leading the design and execution of virtual events with influencers/creators
  • Excellent public-speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire the audience
  • Proven success growing an engaged audience across social platforms
  • Strong expertise in engagement strategy for TikTok or in TikTok streaming is a major plus
  • Previous experience with running e-commerce business is strongly preferred
  • A self-starter, full of initiatives with a can-do attitude
