We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to drive strategic influencer adoption and ongoing growth management for Amazon Shopping Videos. You will be working hands on to grow adoption of our products and work with a cross-functional partners in product, engineering, UX design, and program management.
The Creator Partnerships Manager has deep knowledge of digital creator trends, understand how our range of video and affiliate products fit into the creators’ strategies. You will explore opportunities to identify and develop the best creators to Amazon Live, and structure incentives and continually engage our creators to grow their audience and video content on Amazon. In addition to external partner work, you will also lead internal strategic projects and analyses that support Amazon Shopping Videos.
You have a track record of developing new business and you are comfortable taking initiative and working across teams. You possess an analytical, data driven approach to business development and decision-making. You are adept at using Excel to manage performance, creating communication materials and delivering messaging about both gaps and opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
- Recruit new and grow top tier creators in their engagement and growth on ASV by executing creator partnerships
- Manage relationships with strategic, top tier influencers from end-to-end, discerning between 1:1 vs. programmatic management tactics
- Develop and manage economic incentives to drive growth of key business metrics including high value actions, and long-term impact. Deliver aggressive yearly growth goals and manage areas of risk
- Manage all reporting including 1:1 performance management of influencers and other partners, weekly business management, monthly/quarterly/annual Business Review reporting, and leadership updates.
- Lead cross-functional projects, to scope and structure new experiments for top tier creators, draft business and product requirements documents based on analyses of experiments
- Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests
- Partner with marketing, product and monetization stakeholders to develop opportunities to engage and showcase our creators
- Compile learnings & publish internal documents to be the voice of the creator; share best practices and advocate for new creator features and program needs, including SOPs on streamlining internal processes
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional partnerships
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for creator economy
- Strong execution capability with highest standards in a rapidly evolving business
- 2+ years in a highly analytical and data-driven role (e.g. consulting, finance, accounting)
