The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for fashion, familiarity with the Dolce Vita voice, and a true love for social media combined with an innate understanding of how to build and curate digital communities.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing team from art director to influencer + events team to create compelling content across all social channels that reflects + elevates brand
- Develop, write, schedule and coordinate on-brand and results driven social media content across all social media channels including Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc
- Stay current with key industry trends, strategies, and competitive insights
- Create and maintain social media content calendar
- Performance monitoring through Dash Hudson
- Community management: constant engagement with followers, tagged posts, answering customer service and product questions, commenting on other relevant accounts to build engaged network.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience as Social Media Manager at an agency, brand, or relevant company in the fashion industry
- Experience strategizing, implementing, and managing successful social media campaigns
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms
- Strong collaborator, able to work seamlessly with different team members on varying projects
- Experience successfully managing social marketing projects from strategy development through execution with proven results
- Resourceful self-starter and strategic thinker willing to bring fresh ideas to life
- Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
- Video editing skills
