Midnight Sunday is a hospitality-based boutique social media agency with clients worldwide. We provide social media design solutions to various hotels and resorts, each unique in its visual offering.

THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Social Media Influencer Coordinator to select and manage the influencer experience for our clients (hotels) worldwide. Your social media and influencer knowledge, understanding of luxury travel, and ability to multitask are critical to succeeding in this role.

This role is a hybrid role requiring some full days in the office in either New York or Miami and some at home. Initially, this is a three-day-per-week role, with the potential of becoming permanent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Everyone on our team has a part to play in crafting a perfect narrative for our hotel clients. We are looking for someone to join our team with high-level attention to detail and who is determined to take a proactive approach. As an agency, we strive to provide unique, customer-centric messaging that embraces each hotel we work with and that showcases our skill for storytelling. It is an expectation of this role that the same professionalism is communicated in the way we manage influencers. We are seeking an influencer Co-Ordinator who meets the following requirements:

  • Serve as a representative of the company and liaison between the company and the client
  • Negotiate pricing and costs for influencer campaigns
  • Create reporting documents with key insights
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal team members
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
  • Stay on top of current and emerging digital platforms
  • Oversee management of talent conversations, leading the negotiation and contracting influencers and talent

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1-2 years of social media experience and in-depth industry knowledge preferred.
  • Hospitality knowledge or experience and advantage.
  • MUST have influencer knowledge.
  • Ability to work remotely with their own computer, although NYC or Miami-based office time is needed.
  • Part-time role with the opportunity to transfer to salaried employee.
  • Phone and Computer access are required.
