Influencer Marketing Coordinator
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support for key clients to ensure influencer campaign goals are being met. The coordinator must be a self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks at once, lead projects independently and work harmoniously with a variety of people and personalities.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential influencers for client programs
- Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers and creators
- Manage influencer activations end to end, including pitch meetings, rate negotiations and contracting, building creative briefs, managing content review/approvals process, and campaign reporting
- Work closely with Influencers to ensure all contracted deliverables are submitted correctly and on time
- Manage the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns and other brand initiatives with influencers
- Assist with the ideation, planning and execution of photo and video shoots
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to leverage influencer relationships to support social media, content marketing and digital advertising
- Track cultural trends and nuance across key markets and leverage those insights to inform local influencer portfolio and activation strategy

- A people person who excels at building and maintaining friendly, productive, relationships with teammates and influencers.
- Proven influencer marketing guru—you’ve built successful programs before and have a strong track record working with talent, influencers, and creators.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Sound commercial judgment and decision-making expertise.
- Ability to multi-task and continually oversee a portfolio of active and prospective relationships at varying maturity levels.
- Capable of dynamically navigating a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience
- Proven track record collaborating with talent, influencers, and creators
- Established networks within music, consumer tech, outdoors, content creation, gaming
- Previous brand and/or agency experience
- Experience as an influencer yourself (nice to have)

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- 35-hour work weeks
- 120 hours of paid time off per year (equivalent to 15 days, can be used for vacation, sick time, or personal days)
