Who we are:

Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic for women ages 40 to 65 navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges. Our platform provides care designed by experts, scaled by technology, and delivered by trained and compassionate clinicians. All of our services are covered by insurance, and we offer convenient access to clinical care through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and responsible prescribing of medications, supplements, and other therapies. We’re passionately focused on improving the symptoms of female midlife hormone change because the current system too often leaves women misdiagnosed and undertreated. At Midi, we’re changing that.

Where we’re based:

We are an entirely virtual company, so employees can live anywhere as long as they are willing to work normal daytime hours in California (PST) time and have the ability to travel periodically.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and implement key marketing strategies and programs for Midi Health. Working at both a strategic and tactical level, this person (reporting to the Chief Brand Officer) will drive consideration, conversion, engagement, and retention. Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for growth across paid and organic channels for the B2C and B2B sides of our business.

Responsibilities:

● Own execution and project management of all organic marketing programs including email, organic social, referral, influencer, and partnerships

● Track paid and organic marketing campaign performance in tandem with our agency partners while synthesizing clear and concise learnings to create a compelling brand and product narrative

● Work with Chief Brand Officer and creative partners to ideate innovative campaigns which drive patient acquisition and define a new category within healthcare

● Think strategically, creatively and analytically to identify new demand generation programs including micro-influencers, MLM, and healthcare practice referrals

● Partner with performance marketing agencies and cross functional internal teams to drive maximum ROAS and determine most efficient way to run programs and potentially bring aspects in house

● Develop and iterate on assets for B2B sales efforts

Qualifications:

● Hands-on experience managing paid media (search, paid social, affiliate) either at an agency or in-house

● Hands-on experience managing organic growth for full funnel DTC business including of email campaigns, organic social, and referral either at an agency or in-house

● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager. Familiarity with digital marketing KPI’s such as CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV and ROAS

● Strong project management skills with the ability to drive creative and technical aspects

● Experience launching into new geographies and launching new lines of business

● Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

● Excellent written and verbal communication ability

● Experience in health and wellness is a plus and passion for what we do is a must

You have a strong base of knowledge in acquisition and growth marketing from 3-6 years at a DTC consumer brand of any kind. You’ve scheduled and sent / posted hundreds of brand emails and social posts and know your way around Google Analytics. You’re looking to work in a high-growth, venture capital backed business with great mentors and teachers.
