Who We Seek:
The Sr. Director of Creator and Community Marketing will help us scale our Centerfold marketing function at pace with our rapidly growing global platform and inspire creators everywhere to embrace Centerfold as their platform of choice. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of functional creator, community, social and product marketing expertise along with a proven track record of close partnership with business and product leads, and growing and leading marketing teams in organizations of various stages of maturity. In this role you will also own the ways in which we show up consistently via campaigns online and IRL at both O&O and 3rd Party Events to drive measurable growth and acquisition of new creators and fans and intensify usage with our existing community and Creators.
What You’ll Do:
- Build for scale. Enable more creators to have greater success on Centerfold, Develop scaled levers to drive incremental, predictable, consistent growth, build trust and affinity for the Centerfold brand
- Own the narrative for Creator Experiences and ensure premium engagement opportunities through programming tailored to the market to leave creators and users with a renewed sense of Centerfold pride and loyalty to become even greater advocates for the Centerfold brand
- Lead and grow a high-performing creator marketing team across multiple functions to drive strategies and scaled execution of creator marketing programs & campaigns
- Oversee the management of campaigns from a creator and community marketing perspective and in the development of creator marketing solutions such as programs, events, and scaled campaigns with a bias for impact
- Manage the planning, execution and day-to-day operations of Centerfold social channels - track and quantify social impact against our Centerfold business goals
- Plan and develop Centerfold social and influencer campaigns, and work on proactive and reactive social listening and issue management and escalation
- Engage and lead social media leads to build effective social media programs and campaigns for key Centerfold products and campaigns targeted at users and creators, with clear strategy and breakthrough creativity.
- Set and evaluate measurable goals and metrics for your campaigns and programs to quantify success alongside key measurement, research, and strategy stakeholders
- Own the way we roll out new product features, creator marketing assets, launch plans around covers and creator launches
- Develop marketing plans and briefs for agreed upon priority initiatives, demonstrating clear understanding of business goals, audiences and how to reach them, and including ideas for growth that may require budget reallocation
- Identify and address potential risks, and escalate to leadership when needed
- Report on the results of marketing campaigns to leadership and external partners
What You’ll Bring:
- Marketing experience at creator-centric platforms with subscription services, ideally in community or creator marketing-facing capacities
- Experience managing high performing teams
- Professional experience in entertainment and/or managing talent or creators
- Strong project management capabilities - planning, managing and prioritizing
- Experience conceptualizing, planning and launching marketing campaigns, and driving & owning brand and performance KPIs
- Analytical abilities and proven track record of populating strategic, innovative ideas and pivoting quickly based on insights
- Excellent communication and organization skills to draw alignment with cross-functional teams, as well as senior leadership
