Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a Social Media Community Manager for a part-time fully-remote temporary opportunity with a modern and innovative company that makes useful, beautiful, and elegant furnishings. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and respond to social media community comments on multiple platforms for multiple brands.
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with consumers, influencers, and industry professionals through thoughtful social interactions.
  • Ensure published content is consistent with the brands’ tone and follows social media guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and improve keyword lists to proactively listen to and support the brands’ social communities.
  • Leverage and report on brand and community management analytics and trend analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis to obtain insights and make recommendations regarding how to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Participate in user-generated content sourcing, and social media scheduling and publishing.
  • Assist with influencer relations

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Exceptional writing skills and strong understanding of tone.
  • Expert proficiency in social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and others.
  • Proficient in social analytics
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Sprinklr, and/or other native platforms

Preferred

  • Experience with proactive social listening using keywords and/or Boolean
