We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator to join our awesome Marketing Team. The Social Media Coordinator will be directly responsible for all things TikTok in addition to collaborating with and influencing other social efforts across Winky Lux social channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Social & Influencer Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator will join a cross-functional marketing team consisting of 7 team members and external vendors that provide additional support.
While we are open to candidates from anywhere for this remote role, authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment as WinkyLux is not presently sponsoring
employment visas.
What Will You Do?
TikTok
- Manage the Winky Lux TikTok presence including monthly content strategy, creative briefing, publishing, and reporting/optimization
- Drive TikTok follower growth and engagement
- Create content and execute TikToks, stories, and lives that share our brand narrative and encourage engagement and sales on the channel
- Serve as the primary TikTok subject matter expert across Winky Lux Marketing
- Bring new ideas for how to grow the channel and scale to other channels
- Build out a roster of TikTok creators to support consistent content
- Execute TikTok giveaways each month
- Maintain a brand voice that resonates across all channels. Voice should be authentic, caring, empathic and witty
- Stay up-to-date with technology, tools, social trends and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations ahead of competitors
- Assist agency lead with paid TikTok advertising
Organic Social
- Potential to support Winky Lux's social team with additional channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Assist social team to design and execute creative Instagram Stories and Reels
Influencer Marketing
- Support team with influencer seed-boxing campaigns (tracking, reporting, and reach out)
- Collaborating on strategy and execution of influencer campaigns, brand launches and events based off our Digital Content Calendar
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency on all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing with a particular emphasis on TikTok
- 1+ years previous experience in influencer marketing for a brand or agency
- Experience in building creative strategies (follower and engagement) for social channels
- Must be comfortable being the face of the brand
- Understanding of TikTok metrics including collecting, analyzing and acting upon
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data to drive our Social business.
- Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
