Position

Job Title: Digital Coordinator, Digital Talents

Job Purpose

Supports Communications & Image team to ensure a strong and impactful Dior presence with digital talents across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube; supports the efforts of Dior’s Global HQ by building strong relationships with digital content creators and tastemakers throughout the fashion and lifestyle industries.

Tasks And Responsibilities


  • Support digital public relations strategy to enhance brand image and increase retail and e-commerce sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with digital creators, increasing social media coverage with talents across the US and Canada to better enhance the exposure of Dior products in quality and quantity
  • Work with the Paris digital communications team to create and implement global digital communications strategies in the US and Canada
  • Liaise with merchandising and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive message delivered in tandem with seasonal buys
  • Manage sample requests, trafficking and send outs across all digital creator shoots and influencer talent loans
  • Work closely with the Digital Coordinator (ePR) on all digital strategies to ensure a coherent messaging across online and social; support each other on overarching projects
  • Complete monthly DMR checks to ensure all content is recorded in the platform
  • Assist with and manage digital talent outreach including proactive and reactive media pitching, special projects, etc
  • Assist and support department as directed by carrying out administrative assignments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Execute and distribute daily, weekly, and project-based social media press reports
  • Research competitive activity and conceptualize digital talent initiatives
  • Collaborate with advertising, merchandising and ecommerce departments to identify key digital creator opportunities.



Additional information

Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of Public Relations experience with a luxury fashion brand; Experience working directly with digital creators and respective managers/agents preferred
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industries as it relates to digital and social media
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail
  • Ability todemonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ie; Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to operate all equipment and programs necessary to perform the job including a strong knowledge of Fashion GPS
  • Proven track record of successful talent outreach and relationship building
