The Role
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, the Coordinator, Global Brand Communications – Social supports the overall global brand communications strategy, with a focus on Social Media for HOKA.
Working directly with the internal Global Brand Communications team, this role will manage the scheduling and posting of daily social content across all HOKA organic social channels, community management, influencer marketing support, influencer seeding and product ordering, and general day to day social operations and content opportunities. This role will also largely contribute to team activation events and brand initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to receive exposure to working directly with a Global Brand Communications team for a globally recognized brand. This role will serve as a key team member on the communications team with and work directly with the broader HOKA and Deckers team.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and post content daily across HOKA organic social channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Responsible for social growth along with social team, and transforming social channels into brand awareness and revenue channels for HOKA
- Manage a weekly and monthly content calendar that is approved by key members of the team
- Responsible for community management across social media platforms, addressing all direct messages, comments, tagged photos, mentions, in a timely manner to deliver world-class customer service and foster engagement
- Write/edit copy for social content, launches and campaigns
- Work closely with the Global Brand Communications and cross-functional teams to creatively brainstorm ideas that support ongoing brand goals, product launches and marketing campaigns
- Work with our agencies and internal departments on supporting project management of seasonal strategies, ensuring seamless execution
- Support influencer marketing strategy and efforts
- Collect and organize influencer coverage for tracking purposes in close partnership with our PR team and agencies
- Track, measure, and report on social media KPIs and benchmarks, including interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights
- Lend actionable insights to monthly social reports by formulating unique recommendations and opportunities, based upon key learnings from weekly reports
- Work cross-functionally with all company departments to bring social media to life (PR, brand partnerships, creative, sports marketing, lifestyle, customer service, etc.)
Who You Are
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external teams
- Knowledgeable in current social media and content creator/influencer trends
- Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter.
- Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically
- Highly intelligent, self-direction and self-confident leader
We’d love to hear from people with
- Bachelor’s degree minimum related to Marketing or Communications
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing.
- Experience in blog writing, editing social copy
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Should have a positive, energetic working style
- Familiarity of and passion for social media, with footwear/apparel/sports/retail experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
