We’re Looking For A: Highly skilled marketer to optimize & scale our influencer & ambassador marketing efforts for several D2C health, beauty & pet brands. This role requires a strategic leader who will own the full strategy and roadmap of the program, driving influencer marketing in a very performance driven environment. The Manager, Influencer Marketing sits within the Reputation Management department, alongside brand reputation & social media teams. The ideal candidate will have experience driving referral based influencer programs that grow brand awareness and revenue for D2C brands. This role will oversee one direct report - Ambassador Marketing Specialist, and will be tasked with creating a blueprint for team growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build a multi-tiered influencer program that utilizes our current brand ambassador referral program as an incentive for high touch influencers, as needed.
- Drive quarterly strategy & KPIs for influencer and ambassador program.
- Network and recruit potential influencers and content creators that are excited about our brands, creating a strong ecosystem of relationships within the influencer space.
- Create and manage P&L’s to show program revenue growth and budget allocation for future campaigns.
- Oversee the management of current brand ambassadors and influencers, creating monthly influencer campaign calendars, that engage & activate influencers to drive revenue and awareness goals.
- Create a pipeline for UGC content collected through influencers & ambassadors, ensuring usage rights and contracts are properly managed. Work in collaboration with Media Buyers & Creative Teams to test content on various ad channels & brand websites.
- Own the strategy and drive whitelisting ad campaigns using UGC, in collaboration with media buying teams.
- Manage 1 direct report - Ambassador Marketing Specialist, setting KPIs, facilitating 1:1s, implementing growth goals, & allocating resources as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Creative thinkers with the ability to use data to drive problem solving
- Results oriented with passion for analysis and insight-development
- Proficiency in creative writing and customer communication
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- 5 Years Experience in Digital Marketing with at least 2 years directly running influencer programs
- 2 Years experience managing teams
- Track record of growing a 7 figure influencer / ambassador program
- Existing relationships with wellness influencers / content creators.
- 1 year demonstrated experience leading or managing
- Passion for the health/ wellness, beauty and/or pets
- Knowledge of influencer marketing technology tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
