Social Media Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our Social team! Primarily focused on supporting our Spirits portfolio of work, this team member will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all social media campaigns for 3 of our brands. From influencer negotiations to content tracking/planning, this role is accountable for ensuring all plans are implemented efficiently and well to achieve best-in-class results for our clients. With their thumb on the pulse of their brand’s social media accounts, this team member will also excel at monitoring their brands’ content performance and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the execution of all social media projects for their brands, from influencer programs to campaign launches
- Lead the execution of clients’ content calendars
- Primary day-to-day client and internal contact for their brands on Social
- Works with Creative and influencers to create and maintain social content
- Manages the tracking of all social content across campaigns, flighting content to align with Strategy
- Responsible for trafficking all content for Media ahead of ads going live
- Oversees the content development process for their brands on Social
- Writes copy for all ads and organic Social content for their brands
- Provides ongoing performance reporting and data pulls at the request of the ASD or Director
- Responsible for overseeing all quality control for their brands, overseeing community managers’ daily work for their accounts
- Overseeing CMs, ensuring community management remains on brand and strategy
- Keep a pulse on brand community on social media, including trends and preferences
- Leads all influencer marketing program outreach, communications, and negotiations
- Actively source, evaluate, and monitor strong partnerships with social influencers
- Engage, grow, and convert social media fans and followers
- Develops weekly recaps for clients highlighting weekly content performance and callouts
- Actively sources UGC for brand use
- Assists with all Social campaigns and programs as needed
- Monitors competitors and industry trends
- Identify industry, cultural, and social trends that clients could capitalize on
- Does sentiment tracking and social listening during crises or ad hoc as needed
- Contribute to Social content ideation and planning
- Make data pulls as needed to answer questions about social content performance
- Assist with ad hoc social media projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years in Social Media
- Must have experience managing a brand’s social media accounts
- Must have experience managing community management for clients
- Must be a strong writer and communicator
- Well-versed in all major social media channels
- Base knowledge of paid ad types across Social
- Experience evaluating and reporting on Social content performance
- A passion for digital culture and social media trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, agency experience a plus
- Willing to support clients on Social outside of regular business when needed (e.g. activating social for special events, IG Lives etc.)
- Must have experience analyzing and interpreting KPIs to effectively communicate insights to the team or client, when necessary
- Strong attention to detail
