We're looking for a talented marketing manager to join our unique team as we change the way digital advertising works. The Amazon Digital Advertising (ADA) team is a focused, nimble team that innovates relentlessly on behalf of advertisers. Our team is a unique mix of marketers supporting self and managed-service digital media campaigns as well as engineers, applied scientists, and economists inventing new ad-tech products that change the way advertising impacts customers. Our services apply to a broad range of digital formats and channels including programmatic display, sponsored, mobile, video, streaming TV, audio, influencer, affiliate, social, and gaming.

You will be skilled at engaging with cross-functional teams, which will include marketers, product managers, engineers, scientists, creative designers, and financial analysts. You will be an enthusiastic problem solver and hands-on leader who combines an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think big.
This position is unique in its potential for visibility and impact within Amazon. Through a close partnership with scientists and engineers, you will impact billions of dollars in investment decisions by dozens of Amazon's most strategic businesses.
Location ideal to NY office but flexibility available, dependent on candidate experience and proximity to key stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute multiple digital media strategies through the Amazon Demand Side Platform (ADSP) to support advertiser program growth
- Work closely with internal businesses to develop a deep understanding of their marketing goals and identify solutions that best support these goals
- Run A/B experiments to evaluate the efficacy of proposed media strategies and dive deep into data analysis to identify future opportunities for business impact
- Develop, optimize, and grow new advertising initiatives leveraging an evolving technical landscape
- Understand internal measurement solutions and partner with marketing / science teams to identify areas for improve system processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, measurability, and program performance efficiency
- Innovate and craft scalable digital media and measurement solutions where processes are not well-defined
- Communicate effectively with teammates, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Activate new measurement and optimization tools to enable smart marketing investment decisions
- Understands how systems/processes/programs work, capable of taking a step back to improve, fix or simplify established processes
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ year's experience in digital advertising including programmatic
- Experience successfully building, executing and scaling digital advertising campaigns with distributed internal stakeholders
- 2+ year's experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSP)
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis
- Experience with digital ad campaign lift, incrementality measurement and multi-touch attribution measurement solutions
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Pivot)
- Strong communication skills

The pay range for this position in Jersey City is $136,000.00 - $170,500 annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Transparency Regulation of Jersey City Municipal Code. Base pay information is based on market location.
