The perfect person for the job is obsessed with all things social media trends and is a people person. You're quick to understand the new trends (especially on Tik Tok) and you love connecting and learn about other people.

Job Duties:

  • Lead growth efforts in growing, scaling and managing the Yee Yee Influencer Program
  • Strategically identify, onboard, and build relationships with our next wave of content creators & influencers
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with all members of the influencer program. We want to connect with our influencers like no other brand does. Learn about them - where they live, their pets, their hobbies, their favorite restaurants, etc.
  • Analyze key KPIs and identify successes and areas for improvement across influencer campaigns and accounts
  • Work closely with the warehouse fulfillment team to manage influencer packages being sent out
  • Work closely with social media manager to coordinate social campaigns with UGC from our influenceer team
  • Schedule and lead monthly meeting with CEO and Director of Marketing with progress updates on the influencer program
  • Help streamline processes within our influencer program that will drive success and efficiency across the business
  • Suggest ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach and proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitors and digital creators activity across a variety of platforms
  • Challenge the status quo regularly pitching new, or out of box, influencer or campaign opportunities
  • Translate campaign reports into actionable insights and strategies moving forward

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing influencer programs and/or relationships with influencers
  • Experience in social media/marketing
  • Knowledge of the outdoor space (hunting/fishing/country music/etc.)

About Us:

The Yee Yee HQ is located on 90 acres near Georgetown, TX, north of Austin. It is not completely necessary that this position is in-office every day but we do prefer that. We will try to be flexible for the right fit.

Our office environment is relaxed and fun but also focused as we have a small team of anywhere from 5-10 people in the office. We like to focus on using our time efficiently to complete critical tasks that move the needle for the business rather than clocking in and out for 8 hours every single day. We also have unlimited PTO.

Our brand is all about faith, family and the outdoors. You will be in an environment that leans into the outdoor lifestyle, including hunting, fishing, patriotism and country music. Our ideal candidate already has knowledge in these areas and can learn everything else on the fly with help from our team although not necessary for the role.
