Capelle Miami is currently seeking a Digital Media Strategist to lead media planning across programmatic and social platforms in support of Capelle Miami’s brand and our company initiatives. You will focus on social media campaigns, influencer management and branding for an innovative, fast-growing team focused delivering results across a wide range of business outcomes. You will be the go-to expert and single point of contact for our social media channels, to plan and execute successful brand image.

As a Digital Media Strategist, you will work in close collaboration and under the responsibility of the CEO and VP of Operations and be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital media strategy for the company and all related publications.

Job Overview

The Digital Media Strategist is responsible for supporting sales through various social media accounts. This role will focus on campaign building, working with brand ambassadors and developing fresh social media content in line with Capelle Miami’s brand name.

We seek a highly motivated individual with social media experience to lead our efforts toward growing our brand.

Education And Experience

  • College Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of digital media experience required
  • Experience leveraging web analytics tools and optimizing campaigns based on performance
  • Fashion industry knowledge a plus
  • Graphic design and email marketing knowledge is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the social media strategy and digital presence for Capelle Miami
  • Collaborate with internal graphic design and marketing team to create cohesive brand image and social media content
  • Write social media content for daily posts, events, campaigns, and website blog
  • Working closely with influencers acting as brand ambassadors for Capelle Miami
  • Provide weekly reporting on key metrics, key learnings, and actionable insights
  • Drive value for the organization
  • Monitors trends, tools, opportunities, and applications in digital media environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge (digital media trends and insights)

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Deep understanding of online campaigning and digital media
  • Fundamental knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and balance significant projects and issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Writing for social media and blogs is required. Please, submit writing samples.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative with little to no supervision
  • Strong ability to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail
