MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR, CRUX

Made by Gather, a B2B portfolio of small kitchen appliance and cookware brands, is looking for a hyper-organized Marketing Coordinator to support the brand that’s rewriting the American kitchenware story: CRUX. Reporting to the Director of Brand- CRUX, you will support the execution of the marketing calendar across all touchpoints: from writing creative briefs to managing the brand’s social media community and more. You are impeccably organized and never miss a deadline. You live in the evolving world of digital content and know how to cultivate and build community across Tik Tok, IG and more. You are at the forefront of cultural trends across food, fashion, music and pop culture and want to bring a point of view to a stagnant category ready to be disrupted.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the execution of the integrated marketing calendar for CRUX, including brand-owned and partner channels (i.e. major retailers such as Target, Amazon, Williams Sonoma, Macys, and Bed Bath & Beyond)
  • Write compelling, thorough and clear creative briefs for assets and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution, including:
  • Amazon content including overlays, brand pages and below fold content
  • Other retail e-commerce content (PDPs, media assets, brand pages)
  • Website landing page mockups
  • Emails
  • PR/partnership assets
  • Sales pitch decks
  • Social media
  • Photo/video shoots
  • In-store selling assets (displays, POPs)
  • Help project-manage creative briefs in Monday.com to ensure all marketing assets needed for the CRUX brand are produced on time and on-brand
  • Help manage the social media calendar and execute posts for IG, Tik Tok and Twitter, ensuring key brand messages and product features are represented appropriately
  • Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics: Engagement, Reach, Fan/Follower growth and competitor performance
  • Help create content – short form, reels, Tik Toks etc. Move with speed and agility, never losing an opportunity to be a part of brand-relevant social media conversations
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, brand partnership pitches, internal communications, and PR/influencer pitches
  • Ensure product samples are ordered and trafficked for seeding efforts and photo/video shoots, as needed, in close collaboration with the product management team
  • Support storyboarding, copywriting and editing for various assets; proof copy on marketing assets as needed
  • Maintain an organized, current and on-brand library of assets and ensure the sales team is using brand-right assets, fonts, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You live and breathe social media, move at the speed of culture, and have a strong point of view
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism or other creative discipline
  • 1-2+ years of marketing experience
  • Self-starter who works well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment with ease
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects
  • Passion for cooking a major plus
