Brand Director, Marketing Overview:

We are looking for a well-versed doer with impeccable taste. Someone who can think strategically and execute aggressively. You must be the steward of our brand and our voice, as well as run our communications for trade and consumers. Your main focus will be on marketing, both traditional and nontraditional and you’ll lead awareness of our brand. The ideal candidate has experience with a DTC e-commerce business. You could also have a more traditional digital marketing/growth background, but need to be able to do a lot and think extremely strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee brand design and development of all design functions
  • Develop, recommend, and lead the execution of the Los Dos brand identity
  • Build the brand, the voice, and the narrative/messaging for all customer facing materials
  • Relaunch e-commerce platforms while leveraging competitive advantages of the company
  • Further develop and grow all brand digital assets, the website, Shopify, social media, and PR
  • Identify market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviors, applying insights to actions to create advantages in the fast-growing space
  • Develop, create and execute programs and digital content that maximize awareness and scale while maintaining core brand quality and craft positioning
  • Create marketing/advertising campaigns, including influencer marketing (for consumers and trade), paid social, out of home and more
  • Drive ongoing creative direction and collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Deliver super-premium, innovative selling tools and POSM to support programs
  • Generally, be a brand champion and category/market expert

Attributes and Knowledge:

  • Must love tequila (especially quality, no additive tequila)
  • Deep understanding of social media (including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Out of the box and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business in a competitive landscape
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with and growing DTC brands
  • Experience in alc/bev strongly preferred, but not required
  • Experience using Shopify and/or other DTC tools
  • Detail oriented to ensure the brand is presented in the correct way
  • Self-starter, and ability to work remotely as key team members are spread throughout the country
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with the capability of presenting to large groups of people

Location, Travel Requirements & Reporting:

  • Miami or New York homebase preferred, but not required
  • 25-30% travel to markets outside of home market
  • Reports to the CEO
