Responsibilities

    - Ideate, structure, and execute digital marketing campaigns for music releases, leveraging influencer marketing, social media amplification, and digital media
    - Work with influencers to maximize new releases' campaign performance
    - Co-develop launch plans for key music marketing initiatives and coordinate execution with cross-functional partners, including Artist Development, Editorial, PR, and Business Intelligence
    - Proactively recommend creative campaign ideas and optimization methodologies
    - Responsible for creating and managing the reporting analytics to optimize marketing campaign ROI

Qualifications

    - 5+ years of music industry experience with an emphasis on music promotion and artist marketing
    - You have a deep understanding of the music industry and you are well versed in the digital music space
    - You had deeply worked with or worked at influencer agencies before and have the knowledge of working with influencers both time and cost efficiently
    - You have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights and trends and the aptitude to influence new strategies based on these insights
    - You are well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
    - You have excellent communication and relationship building skills and time management skills
    - You are a great teammate and always have a positive and humble attitude
