The Brand Coordinator at Ayda Brands reports to the COO and is an organized, driven, digitally savvy, curious entrepreneur that is obsessed with the customer experience and has a unique passion for fashion, e-commerce, marketing, event marketing, social media, and community management.

As the Ayda Activewear brand coordinator, you will bring joy to our customers on both online and offline platforms. You’ll help manage customer requests and inquiries through digital channels, and coordinate marketing campaigns both digitally and physically supporting the founder, Chief Product Officer, and the Head of Direct to Consumer. You’ll work closely with some of the most talented agencies, creators, and contractors across marketing, social media, technology, and digital marketing to deliver excellent customer experiences to our users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Online: Community Management, Customer Experience & E-Commerce Coordination

  • Tackle customer service requests across digital channels, including resolving customer issues and and addressing customer feedback.
  • Meet the customer where they are by managing community communications across social media and digital platforms.
  • Assist the Head of Direct to Consumer to ensure that the brand’s ecommerce website is optimized for the customer.
  • Administer customer orders and accounts to ensure customer happiness and satisfaction standards are upheld.
  • Assist with content development, including coordination of photoshoots, videoshoots, and copywriting in collaboration with agencies and creators.

Offline: Brand Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Assist with VIP programs, including celebrity and influencer outreach, gifting, and engagement.
  • Assist with the execution of brand marketing activations, including marketing events, partnerships and pop ups in destinations worldwide.
  • Assist the Chief Product Officer with product development coordination, including design and sample management.

  • Flexible and adaptive, you are comfortable in a changing business environment and can intake new insights and adjust.

EXPERIENCE

  • Organized, creative, analytical, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations) or similar software.
  • A knowledge of social media, digital marketing, event marketing and/or ecommerce.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in a coordination, customer service or in a customer facing role.
  • Familiarity with workflow or project management software (JIRA, monday.com, Trello).
  • Familiarity with the fashion, luxury, or consumer products industries.
  • Familiarity or working experience with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or Magento) preferred.
  • Experience managing, executing or participating in marketing campaigns such as events, pop ups, activations, or street teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be available to occasionally travel and work weekend and evening hours.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be in Los Angeles Area. This is not a remote position
  • Some international travel required
