Social Media Manager
Juice House & Lola Grand is a black-owned, women-led artist management company and content creation collective. We focus on developing an inclusive voice for brands. We specialize in influencer marketing, creative direction, brand strategy, and content creation.
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to run social media for major label recording artists. We're looking for someone who can join a fast-moving environment involving multiple deadlines and many exciting projects, and lead the flow of projects from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms, posting, editing and reporting on performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategy & concept original content that is fresh and engaging
- Create timelines and track deliverables
- Concept social media ideas that are on trend with appropriate platforms
- Shoot and edit original content
- Move projects down the production pipeline between each department when needed on more complex projects
- Posting content to artist social media
- Give day to day updates on projects
- Ensure timely delivery of all assets
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Finger on the pulse of current happenings and trends on social media, ability to quickly ideate to jump on trends and create content that will perform well
- Strong experience with Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication to give clear updates and status of projects
