Description Of The Role
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Beauty Pie US Influencer Marketing team to propel the brand mission/vision/style; responsible for generating reach and growth with new ambassadors, influencers and talent partners with a focus on micro influencers.
- Responsible for maintaining micro influencer always on program and seeding initiatives including but not limited to scouting, content executive, product send outs, contract and data management, payment and reporting
- Coordination of influencer marketing projects; working to build, organize and grow Beauty Pie's influencer reach across categories and all social platforms, including Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Wellness, Fitness and more
- Creation and management of short and long terms calendars for brand opportunities and culturally relevant moments
- Leveraging your existing beauty and influencer relationships and cultivating new contacts within other genres
- Maintaining a constant finger-on-the pulse of influencer, celebrity, pop-culture, beauty, entertainment, lifestyle and trade news
- Maintain master influencer and talent CRM
- Maintain weekly and monthly collection and reporting of influencer data tracking
- Manage influencer content briefing alongside cross functional partners to ensure influencer content is on brand, focused and matches KPIs.
- Facilitate ongoing influencer and talent product send outs alongside monthly seeding strategy.
Requirements

- Prior experience in the Influencer Marketing industry, with proven experience in influencer relations and project management.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and data management
- High proficiency in social/digital media platforms, Google Analytics, external Social Media databases and Windows/Mac OS; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent understanding of the beauty industry is preferable, but not a prerequisite
- Resourceful, solution-oriented and practical
- The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated .

Our interview process
First, you will meet the hiring manager for a 45 minute chat about all things Beauty Pie, the role and specifically the team you have applied to work with.
✨Remember, interviews are a two way thing - so use each stage as an opportunity to ask away any questions you may have for us too!
Next, you will meet another member (or two!) of the team you will be working with.
✨This will be a similar format as your first interview, where we will assess your skills and experience along with key competencies for the role.
