The Marketing Coordinator will support key functions of the 7 For All Mankind and JEN7 marketing team.

SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT

• Support social team with all social channel moderation
• Manage all influencer seeding & gifting for all brands
• Conduct influencer & social media research for each brand
• Manage product pulls for key social shoots & influencers
• Support social invoicing & budget management
  

PR SUPPORT

• Manage all PR sample trafficking & returns for both brands
• Maintain LA PR showroom & support with seasonal Press Preview set ups
• Manage celebrity gifting, tracking and follow through
• Conduct PR research for trend analysis and brand PR opportunities
  

PHOTOSHOOT COORDINATION

• Manage all sample gathering & product steaming for shoots
• Support producer in prepping all photo shoots
• Secure props & accessories for shoots
• Support producer in prepping all photo shoots
• Coordinate all on-set needs (retagging product, meals, crew entry, clean up, etc)
  

MARKETING COORDINATION

• Support team in scheduling key meetings & travel arrangements
• Overall marketing support & research
  

Skillset

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in social or fashion desired
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Bachelor’s Degree
