Hero is looking for an Influencer Manager to help elevate the brand and drive sales via best-in-class influencer strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Influencer Campaign Management: Develop end-to-end influencer campaigns across social platforms, primarily Instagram & Tik Tok, including strategy building, talent curation, contract negotiations and KPI tracking
  • Creator Sourcing & Content Creation: Oversee our creator network from recruitment through relationship management and collaborate with the Brand, Social & Creative teams scale UGC across platforms
  • Agency Management: Manage all influencer agencies and key partners
  • KPI Tracking: Define and track success metrics
  • Budget Management: Allocate and track budget
  • Resident Influencer Expert: Stay on top of and proactively find ways to leverage emerging social & influencer trends
  • Key Collaborator: Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to amplify brand initiatives & participate in ideation
  • Talent Development: Manage one coordinator

Who You Are:

  • Passionate and deeply ingrained in the influencer & social space (especially Instagram & Tik Tok)
  • Experience in influencer management and content creation with a track record of high impact & creative activations that met or exceeded key KPIs
  • Exposure to agency management
  • Track record of successful talent management & development
  • Experience working in beauty, skincare or related categories is a plus
  • Ability to do in-house editing of social & video content is a plus
  • A creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment & adapts quickly to changing requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate
  • High initiative and can turn ideas into action
  • Nimble and can prioritize & oversee multiple projects at once
  • Results-oriented and strong analytical skills
