About The Team

SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation.

SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.

Responsibilities

    - Design and execute influencer marketing plans for key music programming tentpoles, leveraging influencer marketing, social media amplification, and digital media. Work cross-functionally with Artist Partnerships, PR, and Promotions
    - Develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and build relationships with micro and macro influencers to create content around the concepts via both hands-on operation and agency partnership
    - Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate campaign ROI
    - Collaborate with product team to develop product-level solutions to better manage the influencer network, and help improve the influencers' income from promotional budget

Qualifications

    - 5+ years of digital/influencer marketing experience. Experience in digital marketing agency and MCNs are preferred
    - You have experience running promotion campaigns on TikTok; prior experience working with TikTok creators strongly preferred
    - You have a deep understanding of the US music industry and you are well versed in the digital music space
    - You have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights and trends and the aptitude to influence new strategies based on these insights
    - You are well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
    - You have excellent communication and relationship building skills and time management skills
    - You are a great teammate and always have a positive and humble attitude
