Influencer Talent Manager

A-List Me is hiring an Influencer Talent Manager.

A-List Me is a Social Media Agency that represents over 300 Influencers and connects them with brands for paid partnerships. We are a small and fast growing company and therefore the ideal candidate will be ambitious, filled with ideas, and motivated to grow with the company.

The Social Media Agent’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business and actively seek new opportunities. Social Media Managers answer client queries, seek new brand partnerships, and sign new talent.

The base salary for this position is $30,160. We have a commission and bonus structure that can be very lucrative for hard working, motivated individuals.

We bring all of our talent managers on as independent contractors for a 3 month trial period. After the trial period, talent agents are eligible for full time employment which includes health and vacation benefits.

Responsibilities

Manage 20-50 influencers

Serve as the lead point of contact for all influencers listed under you

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

New Influencer Outreach

Brand Outreach

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Skills

Highly motivated

Strong verbal and written communication skills

An expert in everything social media: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook

Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
