Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of prior social media experience
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Available to work in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Experience using social media scheduling platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, basic photo and video editing

Job Purpose:

Create engaging content and strategies for Nikki Beach’s social media presence in various markets across the globe and manage channels in tandem with location teams and social media assistants.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram TikTok, and other social media best practices
  • Manage Nikki Beach location social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok among others
  • Support the global social media strategy implementing creative concepts for key partnerships and times of year
  • With brand standards in mind, create content (pull images and write copy) that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence, and encourages audience participation
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Works with Executives, PR, marketing and social media team members
  • Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary pending brand events and activations
  • Create and execute influencer campaigns and manage communication with approved influencers
  • Monitor brand conversations via social media
  • Create and approve targeted audiences for paid ads and boosted content
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop attractive and engaging collateral
  • Coordination with location’s teams for inquiries, complaints, etc.
  • Analyze and report audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects on a monthly basis
  • Good understanding of social media advertising and optimization of campaigns
