Marketing Manager, Brand Activation and Partnerships
Are you passionate about entertaining and educating America’s children? If so, read on! We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Brand Activation and Partnerships to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the Head of Community and Partnerships with the Brand Marketing team. Help us make a difference inspiring and developing our country’s next generation of storytellers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scaling our internal influencer network and lifestyle content library, including identifying and fielding mid and lower tier inbounds directly, delivering shot lists/briefs/trackable links, managing samples, providing content edits and approvals, and facilitating ongoing content rollout on the relevant external and internal channels
- Support the execution of brand partnerships, including coordination of giveaways, e-mail and social cross-promotion with like-minded brands
- Act as “campaign central” to organize cross-channel (cross-owner) activities into streamlined execution, including maintaining key shared documents including Activation Calendar, Media Plan Visualization, and Marketing team agenda
- Aid in the growth of our brand ambassador program to support sell through at key retail and drive brand loyalty and word of mouth
- Support and help execute community, influencer, and retail events
- Facilitate transfer of brand assets to media, influencers, and partners
- Coordinate product shipments for partners and brand initiatives, and aid in day-to-day operations of media, brand, and influencer partnerships
- Be a confident, knowledgeable face of the brand prepared to interface with external partners (influencers, managers/agents, media, other brands, etc.)
- Be an example to inspire the team through passion for our brand and mission
Requirements
- Passionate about early childhood entertainment and education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of relevant full-time experience
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Content
- Excellent organization skills
- Process and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with top social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram a plus
