Head of Growth Marketing

Intrinsic is looking for a creative and data-obsessed Head of Growth Marketing, who can find new ways to accelerate and scale user acquisition and retention across our portfolio of digital-native consumer health brands.

Reporting to the VP Brand Management, you will own DTC growth for all of our brands, spanning women’s health, pain & recovery, healthy aging and more. Getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing Series A CPG startup, you will have the opportunity to develop a strategic plan for scaling your operation and building a team around you.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing efforts across our brand portfolio. Emphasis on acquisition, followed by retention & cross/upsell.
• Manage all paid media, Shopify/DTC, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, DTC Site Traffic and Conversion Rate optimization, customer service, site operations and development.
• Identify key segments, evaluate campaign performance, and experiment to find efficiencies and opportunities to scale.
• Grow site traffic to increase topline sales and bottom-line profit, including advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Influencers, and other channels.
• Partner with Shopify website design teams to optimize the DTC websites for our brands. You’ll optimize existing sites for brands that have a presence when we acquire them, as well as launch Shopify DTC sites for new brands.
• Guide/lead agency and external resources to ensure they are supporting the overall growth strategy and our business objectives.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing
• 5+ years of experience managing people
• Proven track record acquiring customers efficiently within a consumer marketplace (eg, Lyft, Instacart, etc.) strongly preferred
• You work to understand consumers deeply - using platform data, research, and other insights.
• Strong analytics experience analyzing large data sets in Excel.
• Understanding of the multiple facets of driving brand growth, including site ops, paid media, influencers, SEO, content, customer service, etc.
• Experience growing and scaling DTC sites (plus if this was done through Shopify stores)
• Experience in health and wellness brands is a plus, but is not required (vitamins, supplements, oral care, skin care, mom/baby products, pet products, etc.)
