THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail oriented Senior Manager of Events and Experiences to join the brand team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Activation, this role will own the strategy and execution of our in-person and digital event programs. This role will play a critical part in the growth of the brand, ensuring that the Athletic Greens brand and AG1 product experience is represented in a premium and innovative way at our owned and partner events.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build the event and experience strategy and socialize the renewed approach across the organization.
  • Drive creative development of owned event experiences that will help propel the brand forward and become a cultural phenomenon.
  • Assess inbound opportunities to sponsor or support partner events.
  • Initiate outreach to brands and partners to develop co-created experiences for like-minded customers.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Brand Activation team to author briefs for internal and external creative partners.
  • Own the relationship with internal and external partners, ensuring all logistics, product, and assets are accounted for going into owned and partner events.
  • Partner closely with the partnerships and influencer teams to create efficiencies across asset needs and toolkits.
  • Work closely with supply planning to anticipate product needs for seeding and events.
  • Manage the field activation team and help manage the Brand Activation Coordinator.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-5 years of event program management experience, preferably with direct-to-consumer or lifestyle brands.
  • 1-3 years experience hiring, developing, and managing a team.
  • Experience writing and delivering creative and functional briefs for internal and external partners.
  • A clear understanding of how branded events contribute to the overall success of a growing brand.
  • Experience working cross functionally within marketing and sales organizations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.
  • A desire to follow broader cultural conversation across social media around key topic areas: health and wellness, sports, beauty etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in lifestyle, wellness or fitness industry preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high growth environment.
