About this role:

In this role you will be overseeing a team of one in developing and driving the strategic vision for the brand’s social channels. You will own not only community management and content curation but also influencer outreach and relationship management. Setting the overall look and tone for our online brand presence. It's imperative that you have a strong eye for good content both as it relates to content curation and influencer selection.

In addition to being creative and setting a vision, you will be responsible for driving engagement metrics and sales.

Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Lead and own the social media strategy and develop brand guidelines (including KPIs and success metrics) for Generation Love, with a clear understanding of the brand’s goals and how to effectively execute on them
  • Provide direction and oversight of monthly social calendars and influencer activations
  • Drive growth in audience reach, engagement and sales across all social media channels (IG, Pinterest, Tik-Tok)

Influencer Marketing:

  • You will serve as the main point of contact when executing influencer and ambassador campaigns for Generation Love.
  • Manage all aspects of the influencer process from identification to content creation to measurement.
  • Identify key influencer partners both micro and macro that serve to drive content and sales goals.
  • Develop and distribute influencer briefs to guide content creation.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
  • Analyze Influencer campaign performance to provide valuable insights to key stakeholders, as well as to maintain internal benchmarks

Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 3-5 years of managing social media for a contemporary fashion brand
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience working with influencers
  • High-level strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and ability to multitask in high paced environment.
  • Proven ability to story tell and create content campaigns
  • Positive and eager, creative and driven
  • Bonus points for photography, videography and photoshop skills
