Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

● Manage outreach and day-to-day communications with influencers; outreach may be via cold outreach or through introductions from agencies and other partners

● Support execution of sponsored influencer partnerships on Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms, including: providing campaign briefs, negotiating terms, reviewing content, and maintaining a content repository

● Conduct performance tracking, reporting, and analytics on influencer campaigns

● Nurture relationships with high-performing influencers

● Research and source new potential influencer and affiliate partnerships, with the help of influencer marketing and affiliate tracking platforms

● Assist with campaign upkeep by placing influencer orders, creating links and codes to be sent to talent for tracking purposes.

● Provide administrative support for influencer partnerships, including on contract and payment request processes.

● Stay current on news related to influencer marketing best practices, tools/technologies, and notable brand campaigns

Qualifications

● Minimum of 1+ year work and/or internship experience in PR, social media, marketing, or related field. Experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands is a plus.

● Social media savvy. Well-versed on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc

● Excellent communication skills, passionate about engaging with influencers

● Friendly and outgoing demeanor - you enjoy meeting and talking to new people!

● Strong work ethic.

● Adaptability, flexibility, can work independently on schedule without supervision.

● Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.

● Bachelor’s Degree

● Language: Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese skills a plus
