Organizational Description:
dpHUE is a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of hair color products. dpHUE products provide consumers with fresh hair color between salon visits.
Position Purpose:
dpHUE is looking for a TikTok Content Coordinator to join the brand’s Consumer Engagement team leading our TikTok/Reels creator and content strategy. The TikTok Content Manager will accelerate the brand’s presence on TikTok, focusing primarily on the platform both from an asset and creator management perspective. You’ll engage our creators and fans of the brand—from reactive seeding, micro influencer content pushes, and targeted affiliate support. This role will be instrumental as we continue to grow our brand, driving awareness and share of voice across key launches and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accelerate the brand presence on TikTok from video creation and creator partnerships
- Partner with Social and Influencer teams on owned video creation and platform initiatives in line with the brand editorial calendar
- Coordinate with Influencer Lead to participate in overarching creator campaigns and initiatives
- Manage end-to-end TikTok creator campaigns including sourcing talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development and reporting
- Manage full briefing and content review process for TikTok creator content, and distribution across marketing channels, including Paid Media
- Fuel affiliate creator pipeline, identifying potential partners, managing offers and incentives while optimizing and reporting campaign results
- Pitch channel recommendations, optimizations and new features, refining our presence on platform
- Establish goals for maximizing our brand reach & growing share of voice within TikTok
- Partner with Creative, Social and E-Commerce teams to integrate creator content across channel while adhering to brand guidelines
- Create an unparalleled experience for influencers sustaining excitement and engagement
- Maintain a pulse on competitive brands, trends and new ideas.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven track record in managing influencer marketing campaigns—from ideation, partner sourcing and management to post-campaign reporting
- Influencer ROI + analytic experience, using measurement + tracking tools
- Exceptional relationship management skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Creative, problem-solver who is self-motivated and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for influencer and social media marketing, staying up to date on industry best practices, platform trends, and FTC guidelines
- Strong understanding of the digital beauty landscape
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience dedicated to influencer/PR with established connections on TikTok
- Dedicated experience in direct influencer communication across social (primarily TikTok and Instagram but could also include YouTube, Pinterest, + Twitch)
- Experience with branded affiliate programs, including partner management and fee negotiation
