Job Summary

Amorepacific US is seeking a strategic and analytical PR professional with experience in managing media relations, influencer partnerships, and event planning for the Laneige brand. Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in social media and influencer marketing, and is creative, analytical, results-oriented. Must have at least 1 year of experience in beauty / lifestyle (in-house and/or agency PR experience is both welcome). Key Responsibilities

  • Support Assistant PR Manager and Integrated Communications team on core day-to-day PR activities
  • Assist in management of digital influencer outreach and relationship building
  • Coordinate logistics for paid influencer campaigns
  • Brainstorm and execute PR mailers, including concept development, influencer list compilation, sourcing materials
  • Assist in PR event logistics and execution (NY, LA, Miami)
  • Pitch & secure media placements
  • Maintain PR database such as media lists, influencer lists, beauty awards submissions, placement trackers

Key Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Communications, PR, Journalism or Marketing
  • At least 1 years of progressive PR experience; beauty, lifestyle, and skincare industries preferred but not required. In-house and agency experience both welcome
  • Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented and deadline driven; an ambitious self-starter who is looking to bring their PR skills to the next level
  • Strong writing, presenting, and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding and interest in the beauty space including trends, editorial timelines, cultural events
  • Ability to work well in a small, high-visibility team but also comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines and driving projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to few times a year (mostly bi-coastal)
