Senior Manager, Demand Generation

This role is crucial to Sensor Tower's growth and will lead all enterprise growth initiatives. You work closely in a cross-functional role with both Sales and Marketing to strategize and execute programs designed to organic growth and paid acquisition. You'll focus on building a high-performing team with the ultimate goal of driving leads, growing pipeline, and promoting customer engagement.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Deeply understand the app ecosystem and design a demand generation strategy that is innovative and appropriate
  • Build a team of high functioning marketers who can rapidly execute on tests and campaigns
  • Own lead and pipeline metrics. Develop reporting on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities
  • Design and execute end-to-end programs that create demand and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Measure and report campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and data to develop a coordinated strategy for both inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Accountable for marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective execution of ABM campaigns to targeted accounts

  • Experience driving enterprise demand for a freemium SAAS business
  • Proven leader who has a track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics
  • Experienced team leader who knows how to build and inspire a high functioning team
  • Data-driven and technically fluent - You use data to improve decision making and have experience and comfort with a range of marketing tools to maximize impact
  • Customer-centric and driven by insights - You understand the customer journey, each influencer within the decision making process, and leverage customer insights to design your campaigns
  • Great at building cross functional relationships. You've worked closely with data, sales, content and operations partners
  • Familiar with systems like Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
  • Familiar with account-based marketing methodologies
  • Willing to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
  • Capable of driving growth strategies but also can get in the weeds to execute or mentor
