· The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for support The Marketing Manager in strategize, executing and coordinating all marketing efforts. The Manager of Marketing Coordinator understands the brand needs and supports the Marketing Manager in strategizing and growth for all channels and is directly responsible for, maintaining the Jurlique US online channel.

· The candidate will work with a number of internal and external stakeholders to create and oversee the activation and execution of general and e-commerce-oriented content and any AD-HOC assignments.

  • Coordinating and executing the 360-Marketing calendar for the U.S
  • Assist in Developing marketing presentations for Amazon, prestige direct and SPA including go-to-market strategy for all key launches, innovation and sales
  • Review data and insights to help create materials/metrics to understand the drivers of customer purchase behavior (acquisition) and customer activation (engagement)
  • Execute influencer seeding program around key product launches
  • Manage the Brand’s ongoing global assortment, sku lists and asset library
  • Coordinate with all 3rd party marketing/digital related agencies
  • Support the team with business analysis, merchandising, QA efforts, asset trafficking and customer service operations
  • Test and execute site wide marketing campaigns, email offers and refreshes
  • Work with Marketing Manager in the management of acquisition marketing programs including asset creation, updating program calendars, supporting affiliate partners as needed
  • Ensure to products and samples are ordered and received properly
  • Maintain and distribute the team calendar and promo calendar up to date and letting the team know of any changes
  • Work with team members to resolve escalated Customer Service issues
  • Execute adhoc and scheduled website updates including imagery, graphics and copy across various CMS and pages.

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications and related fields
  • 2 + years executing e-commerce sales strategy on Shopify
  • 2+ years experience with google analytics
  • Excellent verbal, written presentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Outstanding multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to grow and learn within a small team environment

· Photoshop Skills a plus
