Summary
Talogy is seeking a motivated individual to lead the organization’s global social media and PR efforts and also play a key role in the content marketing strategy. This is an exciting role for a savvy marketer with extensive experience leading social media, PR, and content generation teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for
- Managing and growing Talogy’s social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter through strategy, channel management, employee advocacy, and campaign development.
- Supporting global social media campaign execution for initiatives that are be born out of the larger marketing team but also other parts of the organization.
- Increasing the visibility of Talogy’s blog through cross-channel blog distribution methods and blog SEO strategy
- Coordinating blog and other content creation strategies
- Developing press releases and other media-facing content, and advising and executing on PR strategies and opportunities
- Managing PR agency and all related activities (media pitches, press releases, articles, awards, etc.)
- Leading corporate and crisis comms, brand monitoring
- Compiling analytics and preparing reports
- Collaborating across marketing teams and with subject matter experts on marketing content topics, ideas, and campaigns
- Advising on and writing internal and external corporate communications as needed
- Managing a team of 2-3 direct reports

Owned Social Media Strategies – You have extensive experience building comprehensive, effective social media campaigns, both paid and organic.
Managed PR Efforts – You are familiar with how to leverage PR activities to further reputation and share of voice. This includes, but isn’t limited to, coordinating media pitches, writing press releases, managing distribution strategies, etc.
Worked Cross-Functionally – You’re familiar with the complexity of working with multiple teams (e.g., including leadership, product marketing, website, demand gen, etc.) to support their individual needs.
Reported Success – You have extensive experience generating regular reports and proactively communicating progress toward goals within your area for critical stakeholders.
Multi-tasked Successfully – You have overseen concurrent initiatives and worked alongside a variety of teams to keep projects moving forward within varying requirements and deadlines. You have used project management systems such as Asana and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Collaborated with Key Teams – You have worked closely with Senior Leaders, Demand Generation Managers, Product Marketers, and Subject Matter Experts to create optimized content that meets the needs of all the various teams.
Strengthened Brand Reputation – You understand how to harness social media and PR efforts to establish a strong brand reputation within the market.
