The Influencer Relationships Specialist role plays an important support role for the Regional Media team's efforts to develop strategy and build consumer and influencer engagement around Brand initiatives (new product launches, usage occasion campaigns, collegiate marketing projects, cross marketing programs and consumer activations) and Sports, Culture, and Media Network. Reporting to the Director of Media, you will help bring to life national Brand influencer strategy, tools, guidelines and select execution on Brand related influencer campaign elements to drive product use, brand trust and relevance.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the regional plan to authentically amplify the Brand message to maximize reach and relevancy with Red Bull's target consumers
  • Identify on-brand social opinion leaders to create National awareness of Brand initiatives and lead product consumption, brand trust and relevance within priority playgrounds in key occasions
  • Support the development, distribution and documentation of shareable social opinion leader kits and vendors in the region
  • Brainstorm new approaches to brand social opinion leader content, events and campaigns

Experience Needed:

  • 1-3 years and a track record in social media and social opinion leader/influencer programs
  • Experience working with media executives on building influencer programs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in thinking about how to build audience engagement
  • A team player who works with passion and motivates others around them
  • Knowledge of competitor activity and consumer behavior in both a media and FMCG business context
  • Excellent media digital industry knowledge
  • Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with the ability to translate into plans and concrete initiatives
