Position Summary

Working closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop benchmark metrics and measure results of social media programs, as Sr. Social Media Manager you own both strategic and tactical day-to-day execution of social media campaigns across Earnin social media platforms including social media content calendars and posting schedules, follower / community engagement, paid organic content budgets, and promotion fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a passionate, organized, and strategic forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of audience development, driving engagement, applying and maintaining brand voice, and developing social media as a strategic communications channel. We are seeking people who are driven by collaborative and creative thinking and who are passionate about sharing simple and innovative products that customers love.

This is a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
• Develop comprehensive social channel strategy and content strategy across all Earnin properties.
• Content creation that supports and builds the Earnin brand among current and future Community Members.
• Develop KPI and reporting structure for regular leadership and executive updates.
• Co-marketing campaigns with Earnin partners, research organizations and employer partners.
• Drive channel growth and engagement, without sacrificing Earnin’s relationship with its communities.
• Support development of brand campaigns, sponsorships and giveaways.
• Drive development of social influencer program. Regularly interface with influencers and other key organizations to drive awareness and engagement.
• Monitor competitors and trends in the social space.
• Monitor social space for brand and related topics/conversations.
• Amplify relevant company news and announcements.
• Engage daily with our audience responding to likes, comments, shares.
• Reputation management monitoring customer questions and feedback.

What We're Looking For

• 7-8 years of professional experience in social media management for a consumer facing brand.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, their capabilities and the constantly evolving nature of the social, mobile and web environments.
• Experience interfacing and working with external agencies and partners is a must.
• Domain expertise in social media, content strategy, communications, partner marketing, brand campaigns
• Direct relevant digital/social media management strategic and activation experience in the DTC and BTB segment.
