POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Community Manager on Modelo’s Social team will work on the second biggest beer brand in the country with clients who are looking to partner with the agency to make strides in the social/digital space. This person will have the primary responsibility of collaborating with clients, creatives, and strategists to develop, create, schedule, publish, and monitor conversations around social creative. Tuned into social and popular culture, they will use the brand voice to engage and participate with both core and growth audiences.

It requires great attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills. The Senior Community Manager is an enthusiastic learner and applicant of those learnings to help facilitate all levels of the brand’s social communications. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the team is delivering the work and has everything they need to make the work Famously Effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

· Daily monitoring & asset tagging on social media publishing tools

· Proactive Insight hunting/gathering: Pursing reactive opportunities happening in culture, proactive creative ideation

· Collaborate with Data Strategy on social reporting

· Customer Service Experience: DM/Inbox responses, forwarding/escalating complaints to customer affairs teams, Directing FAQ traffic to website

· Active CM 4-5 days/week based on peak timing needs. Weekend work should be expected based on volume of social conversations.

· Curate assets/posts/edits for the year; escalating and pursuing posts, flagging to account, preparing for client, once approved briefing creatives

· Influencer content amplification

· Routine maintenance of profile descriptions and direct messages for owned channel profiles/accounts

· Collaborating with Strategy teams to implement individual social channel strategies, staying up-to-date with constant policy changes, new products, and platform updates

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

· Passion for social media with proficiency in major channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

· Ability to write clear, compelling copy in a brand’s tone of voice

· Interest and knowledge about sports and pop culture is a must; Hispanic culture is a plus.

· Experience with community management a must (in spirits and alcohol-related field is a plus)

· Experience working with Sprinklr a plus

· Spanish speaking proficiency a plus
