Position Summary
We are looking for a digitally savvy, marketing-minded individual responsible for the strategic development, management, and implementation of content across multiple social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. This role requires a solid understanding of channel functions, optimization of content for heightened engagement, and execution of influencer strategies. Incumbent must be able to manage social media campaigns, tenant, and influencer relations for the company, while aligning and maintain the voice and integrity of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Help define and execute campaigns through research, audience identification, targeted messaging, and curated content creation
- Keep up with the latest trends and tools to help grow social channels
- Make recommendation on how to increase followers, views, likes, and performance of social posts
- Identify community and local influencers to partner with, manage communications, and build and maintain these relationships
- Manage communication and relationships with tenants to secure content and obtain permissions
- Create and maintain content calendars
- Organization of photography, video, and other social assets
- Attend events to gather images and footage for content creation
- Liaise with members of the marketing team to collaborate in producing content
- Track campaign analytics, report results, and offer recommendations for optimization
- Assist in building influencer contact lists
- Engage with followers on behalf of the company
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Clear understanding of social media marketing
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with great time management skills
- Experience with photography, video, and social apps for content creation
- Great demeanor and relationship building skills
